value of free shipping limit - exclude tax?

not sure how to change this but I have a free shipping value of £100 so that any order over £100 gets free shipping BUT I want the £100 to be the figure BEFORE tax not afterwards, how can I specify that the free shipping cost is £100-VAT rather than £100 including VAT?

What is the order that you have your Modules ... Order Totals ...

I cannot repeat this with the settings of:

If I have $499.99 with tax of $35.00 I have to pay shipping ...

If I have $$500.09 with tax of $35.01 I get Free Shipping ...

And you are running Zen Cart v1.3.7, correct?

I am having similar discount / tax issues

Sub-Total: £275.00
Free Shipping Options (Free Shipping):£0.00
Discount Coupon: 50off08 :-£50.00
VAT @ 17.5%:£48.13
Total: £273.13

Total should be 264.38

Fixed it with the right ot_coupon settings
