Nochex APC v1.2

Hi,

I have fixed up the Nochex APC payment module as the v1.1 release has a number of bugs in it. Attached is a zip file with my v1.2 release. Please test it and give me your feedback. I hope it will be useful to UK sellers.

Changes in the v1.2 release are...

• Changed module to use Nochex Payment Pages for Seller accounts.
• Full address is now passed to Nochex for Seller accounts.
• Telephone number is now passed to Nochex for Seller accounts.
• Description is now passed to Nochex.
• Order cost and postage cost now passed individually to Nochex.
• File missing from v1.1 has been fixed, transaction information now appears in the order.
• References to paypal order statuses removed from APC handler.
• Correct Transaction date now recorded in the database.
• Test transactions now work properly and return to ZenCart to complete the order.

I have tested it with v1.3.7 and it all appears to be working. I only have access to a Seller account though, it should work okay with a Merchant account too but I've haven't tested that.
