Google Froogle Feed Not Displaying in Admin/Tools

Google Froogle Feed Not Displaying in Admin/Tools

I have uploaded the googlefroogle feeder and unzipped the contents into the root of my store.

I have opened up the SQL file, copied the contents and then pasted into admin/tools/install sql patches. When I click Send the patch does load.

I am able to see Google Froogle Configuration under the admin/configuration tab. I can fill in the necessary information and it does save.

However, I do not see anything under admin/tools for the Google Froogle Feeder as the instructions say.

What step did I leave out?
