# Units in stock

I have a flower shop and do not want "units in stock" to show up on my pages anywhere. Under Admin>Config>Stock I have set "Check Stock" and "subtract stock" to false; "allow checkout" is true; everything seems to be setup correctly but I still get a "0 units in stock" message on the description page. I don't want people to not order because of this. How do I remove it?

Thanks:(

Re: # Units in stock

Okay, I figured out that there are many more options to deal with under Catalog and I fixed my problem.

Zen Cart sure is a complicated thing to not have a manual...

Youre a good person for writing down your solution. Why do others just say I found the solution, then not share it for others?
Thanks again for the team work!

Re: # Units in stock

Maybe they dont think people will read it. But I know I find most of my answers by doing a search for an answer that has already been given

Re: # Units in stock

Ditto, thanks vandiermen, it's really frustrating when people say they have found the answer to their question but don't say what it is, I also search for answers to my questions and often find threads like that, thanks for posting the answer here.

Re: # Units in stock

I would like it to show when I have units in stock, but I'd like to change it instead of saying "0 Units In Stock" to say "Order 1-2 Business Days" or something along that lines. Where can I change this?

Re: # Units in stock

I figured out how to change the text from units order to words like in stock however can the words automatically change from in stock to out of stock when items are out of stock?, so in stead of numbers would rather use text to say in stock or out of stock?
