Check out issue - Phantom Products in Cart

:blink: Hi - can you help me with a problem of phantom products showing up in clients order. (this is a second post - can't find the first!)

(Using Zones and Walk out Shipping Modules - all work fine when tested)

Our First official customer used our new Zen Cart, the product she ordered calculated correctly, however two phantom products also showed up and were charged against her credit card - products were called:

btn submit.x and btn submit.y

Used development tools to find the terms but to no avail ... the charges were a complete mystery too, no match up to any any in other products index.

I don't have an answer but noticed you were sliding off the page.

What payment gateways are you using? Maybe that will help.

Using PayPal IPN and WebAdvantage - which could be the problem, as it is personal code that was written to link to a local bank - (I transferred the shopping cart from another domain address)

Makes sense that something might be amiss here, as the problem only happens for credit card purchases - can't get hold of the developers to find out - so we will probably dump it and just go for Pay Pal ...

I think ive found a fix (still testing but all looks good)

in includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php

line 181 is currently <div class="buttonRow forward"><?php echo zen_image_submit(BUTTON_IMAGE_CONFIRM_ORDER, BUTTON_CONFIRM_ORDER_ALT, 'name="btn_submit" id="btn_submit"') ;?></div>

change it to read <div class="buttonRow forward"><?php echo zen_image_submit(BUTTON_IMAGE_CONFIRM_ORDER, BUTTON_CONFIRM_ORDER_ALT) ;?></div>

and you should hope fully be on your way :frusty:
