Error updating/adding banners via Banner Manager

Just reloaded a site & in the process, deleted something that keeps me from adding banners via Banner Manger in Admin.
I can add them manually via SQL and they work, but would prefer the ease of using Admin.

After filling out all requested info & hitting Insert, the page refreshes with this at the top:

Error: Banner title required. Error: Banner group required. Error: Banner image required.

Any ideas?

I have reloaded the banner_manger & banner_history files already.

It sounds like you may have some corrupt files.

Copy your admin folder to another folder called backup, then copy the entire admin folder from a fresh install

A fresh install is another zen cart installed someplace else. It can even be another store that you're running or simply a folder inside this store. If you don't have a fresh install, then install zen cart in a new folder so that you have a fresh install. If you create a fresh install, simply make it connect to your existing database by using the database name, user name and password from the original store.

You will want to deny access to spiders on the fresh install.

Now copy the configure.php file from your original backup and see if that works. You may have to change permissions on some of these files.

No good. tried this already, but still same error(s).
