warning error after new template installed HELP

Hi guys,

PPROBLEM: i installed a new template in a new custom folder, put all the folders and sub folders in the custom folder, then selected the new template in admin/tools, so far so good

i then clicked on the link to see what the template looks like and this is what i have showing up :censored:

ok i figured out to insert a file header.php in includes/modules

which made it work, but is that all i need to do , does it need anything in this file?

Also is this why i canot get the logo to work at the top of page
how do i center it as the coding is a little different to the classic cart ive worked on

It could be fixed but personally, would find another..over 40 free
templates in downloads section(link at top of this page)
which can be viewed at http://(sorry, site offline)

No problem, you can always use one of the free ones,
and modify to your taste..will be much easier
than fixing your original 1.2 template download..

yeah thats what i did last time and got a good result, so i will just do that
