Changing th "Title"

I can't seem to find out where to change the Meta-Tag for the title at the top of the browser, and where to change where it says "Sales Message goes here".

I also need to change the logo at the upper-right.

The "Home" link also needs to get changed. The "Footer" needs to be changed as well.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,
