Zen Cart and Apple's Safari Compatability

Has anyone tested Zen against the Safari browser. We have recently seen a lot more Safari users as we stock some Apple products.

We think we have recently had someone use the Contact Us form but no e-mail came through. Although they got a Successfully sent message.

I have since found this site and tested the layout, but the Contact Us function isn't working. Maybe a coding issue.

I didn't know there were any issues. I just tried your contact us form using safari and got a success message.

Let me know if you got my test.

If you are not getting your contact us messages then more than likely it is a configuration problem and not a browser problem.

Re: Zen Cart and Apple's Safari Compatability

Hi thanks we got the e-mail!! I'm wondering whether it is either older versions of Safari or maybe someone was using Camino we are not sure.

Also could you try the Ask a Question on a product feature because that is the way they tried contact. It uses the Contact Us script so could be that.
