Marie's is a static HTML page, which has presumably been hard-coded with form inputs. There is not currently a way to make your Zen Cart product info page work like that, but you could (with some customizing) make your DMC Embroidery Floss Variegated Colors a subcategory with 18 color products in it. A product listing page with multiple add to cart buttons and quantity boxes would get you exactly the same functionality. These are all admin settings, in Configuration > Product Listing.
