Mass quantity change?

I did some searching, found a tool called "Mass Update tool".
Problem is... it does not work with the latest version of Zencart, to my knowledge.

I followed the readme.txt that is very simply yet very vague.
No tool found after install, nothing.

Was wondering if there are any other tools or methods to help aid changing quantity for products and categories all at once to savor time.
