Is there a non-scrolling specials sidebox module?

The scrolling specials sidebox is a nice module but I'd really prefer to just have a static, single "specials" image that changes as the user goes from page to page. Is here a module like this out there? Or is it possible to modify the scrolling specials module a bit to quit moving around so much? :D

The Specials sidebox that comes with the stock program should work ...

Huh-oh... I've had the scrolling sidebox installed for so long I'd forgotten there was one! Hmmm... If I uninstall the scrolling sidebox will the other magically appear? Yes!
