Duplicate IP Addresses...what does that mean?
Hi all,
I had an strange thing today happening on my website.
There was this IP address, entered at least two times.
The first row was pink, which I understood is a Spider (but I dont know what this mean although I have read about it...) and then from the same IP address like 5-8 duplicates...it says e.g.
Currently there are 7 customers online
Duplicate IP Addresses: 5
Total Unique Users: 2.
The number of customers being online today is very high...more than usual and every duplicate (same IP) has opened another site and some even put products in a shopping cart...
What does all that mean? Do I have to worry?
