Zen Cart works great, then PayPal...

My store uses Paypal for transactions. I set everything in Paypal so it does not add tax or shipping, however it does have a line item for each (of course it says $0.00). It also lists a shipping address which is not necessarily the same as the shipping address customers add in ZC (does this make sense?) I have a flower shop and people are usually delivering to someone else...

I am afraid customers are going to get confused. I know this may not be the forum but are there settings in Paypal I am missing? To simply shut off the line items for tax and shipping and a shipping address.

Make sure that you have installed the latest PayPal Patch at:

Then uninstall, install and configure your PayPal ...

NOTE: PayPal IPN does not give any sort of item details ...

Both PayPal modules do send details to the customer in the orders email ...

Thank you. Installed the patch and am now waiting for Paypal account to be verified, but the patch opened up express pay which is what I am certain I needed.

That SHOULD do it for you, Zen Cart sends all the info to paypal such as shipping, tax, addresses, etc. so as long as you have everything configured in ZC correctly you should be ready to rock and roll
