I cant get Payflow pro to work

i have looked all over the forums and haven't found a fix yet... downloaded the latest payflow add-on, I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.7/v1.3.7

no matter what I do I cant get past step 2 of 3.. I just get the error "There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again." I get no error number though...

Please help - thanks

Does your server have any restrictions against using "exec" commands in PHP?

Re: I cant get Payflow pro to work

no restrictions, my sysadmin says that there may be a problem with the type of bin files the plug-in is using, like they may not really be for Free BSD.

It's not only limited to wrong username/pwd.

Re: I cant get Payflow pro to work

ok so,

Login information is incorrect. Verify that USER, VENDOR, PARTNER, and PASSWORD have been entered correctly. (ie: the fields in your Zen Cart admin module settings)

this may be the problem since there is only a place for: Merchant Login for Payflow Pro, Password for PayFlow Pro and Partner ID for Payflow Pro.... where do I type in the vendor?

all the other stuff on the page you sent me to is fine

thanks by the way for your help

Re: I cant get Payflow pro to work

I believe the module sends your "login" name for both "User" and "Vendor", as I think when it was written those were commonly the same.
