Help! Coupons not configured, but in emails

I have installed CWOA. I just did a test and the new customer is getting the "new customer" discount coupon even though I do not have gift certificates/coupons installed and I have selected 0 or remove for discount coupons and gift certificates. The only parameter I left "as is" was the length of the coupon number (10).

Is there a conflict somewhere? Should I just remove the text from the message/language file?

You installed CWOA ... Cows without ... umm ... what is this add-on?

What are you trying to do with Discount Coupons or Gift Certificates if you do not have them installed?

If they are not to be installed be sure to hit REMOVE and not just turn them off to be safe ...

Make sure you are not configuring them in the Configuration ... GV/Coupons ... if you are not going to install them in the Modules ... Order Totals ...

I found the text sent to new user which I wanted to modify (with the discount coupon number). It is specific for emails created "without account":

includes/languages/english/classic/no_account.php

This is a file from the "Check out without account" modification.
