remove County/State/Province estimate shipping

Hi,

I dont need the County/State/Province box on estimate shipping or the post code . Im shipping per country / region

how can i remove it?

Look to editing the tpl file(s) for the pages this is displayed and alter what is displayed over what is created...some can be removed through the css with display: none when their is a distinct tag for the item

I'm not entirely sure which tpl file to edit and what to edit within the file. If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it as I'm also trying to get rid of the 'county' dropdown from the estimate shipping page. I do hope this doesnt remove it from the create an account page though as I still wneed county to appear there. Just not on the estimate shipping page because currently it just shows a blank dropdown with no counties and I dont need it in there anyway as shipping is calculated based on postcode and country.
