Style Sheet or Header/Footer

I have adjusted every padding and margin setting in the style sheet and can't get rid of some white space. I think I recall having to add some table tags once to do this in the header or footer file. Anyone see anything that jumps out?

I have checked this out for you before but can not see the white space you speak of but yet you still ask....... Looks fine in Ie and firefox.............
