Not receiving emails from Contact Us page

Good, I'd go with the email archiving 'on' next, just to establish that the mail is being correctly generated by the store. Might be an idea to try 'send from known domain to true and sendmail -f transport as well.

Thats great, I made the suggestion as your mail host is known to be a stickler for such things.

I changed send from known domain to Yes and this is the error I got.

Hey, an earlier post from Chuckl may help you out...

In Zen Cart Admin, under configuration, and Email Options, there are 2 settings. One is Email Address (Displayed to Contact you), the other is Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List. There is also an Email Address (sent From) field. This is used as a fallback email address if there is a problem in the dropdown list.
However they should not be the same as address, as the Contact us page shows the mail as Sent From the store Sent From address, with a reply to address of the customers email address entered.
You could be setting up to send mail to yourself, which will probably get binned as spam or discarded.

hmmm, now all three email address are different (all real addresses that work) and I'm still getting the error.

One thing I note:

Your email address data is improperly formatted.
Look at the instructions on the field where you type in the email addresses in the Admin->Configuration->Email Options screen.

They should be like this:

"Contact Name" <info@email_address.com>

Yours are just ```
<info@email_address.com>

Looking at the header in your post #24 above the message ID has a malformed address in it as well i.e.

dr byte, I changed the contact us email dropdown to "info" [email protected] And still same error.

Chuckl, I noticed that space too, but it's not actually there, for some reason it's showing up that way.

ETA: I deleted everything from the "contact us email dropdown" And it WORKED!!!!! YAY! Thank you everyone SO MUCH for your help!

The forum automatically inserts spaces to allow for line-breaks in loooooong words. Nothing to worry about.
