Fedex Ground MOD undercharging

I'm usign the fedexMOD to do my shipping.

The only problem is that some states like TX or IL the price is good

but some states like FL or TN the price is at list $30 less them my cost.

Is there a way to fix that?

the rates come directly from FEDEX based on weight, ship to and ship from zip codes

ask them why they are popping off weird rates
