Remove space above Header

Hi, does anyone know how to remove the space above the header??

When my page loads up the entire site shifts down and you then have to drag the site back up with the scroll bar.

i have tried to search for a fix but i couldnt find anything,,, thanx

sry i should have mentioned that this doesnt happen all the time but its terribly annoying and im not sure if any other visitors get the same problem.

That's a mainwrapper margin....I think.

Search your stylesheet for mainwrapper and comment out the top margin.... I think.

/includes/templates/yourtemplate/css/stylesheet.css.

Look at margin:
Change to:
margin: 0px 0px 50px 0px

tried it and thought it worked at 1st but no its still reverts back

is this an ie7 related problem? does any1 else get the same view as i get? surely there has been a problem like this before.

btw this isnt just a single template related problem it happens across all templates i load...

Looks fine to me in Firefox. in IE6, your banner has disappeared.

WTF???? ................................... is there any reason why that wouldnt be visible?

on a further note i fixed the problem with the header space just before you posted, it seems there was an install problem with Image Handler causing blank popups in the top right..

im stuffed if i know why the banner isnt visible.... ahh the problems continue.

in regards to the Header Errors, all i did was re-install the Image Handler Mod.... the blank space would only apear once there was a mouse-over movement, took a while to figure that 1 out :P

with the site not displaying the logo in ie6, there is a fix for the silverfish template, just do a search on the forums, sry but i dont have the link.

the site now works in IE6, IE7 and FireFox without errors....

thanks. for me it was because I'm an idiot and when I changed templates I forgot to copy the template_custom files over.
