Change The Title: Categories

Hi, anyone can help me?

I will change the name CATEGORIES in the sideboxes left, by the name: COLLÉCTIONS.

I search all files in the languages template and i don't find the file to modify.
If anyone can help me...

It's in your main language file. In english.php it's on line 78.
