Not sure if it is built in or a mod.

I would like the Quanity available field to display "Ships in 1 Day" if qty in stock is 1 or >0 and "Ships in 2 - 4 Days" of qty in stock = 0

Any Ideas?

You can delete the
. $products_quantity
and edit the constants TEXT_PRODUCT_QUANTITY and TEXT_PRODUCT_O_O_S in /includes/languages/english/your_template/product_info.php. Note that the OOS is a custom constant not present in the stock install.

Cool, that will help, all I have to do is remember the mods so I can change as Zen upgrades.

When you use the template override structure as I indicated, your mods will automatically be preserved. All you will have to do is check whether the files you have in your template folders are mentioned in the changelog for the new version, and compare any that are to merge your changes.
