different shipping for states
I have seen this question posted many time and have yet to find a response that answers it so here goes...
My store is Australia only.
Shipping is based on weight.
Different states have different shipping costs.
How, oh how do I set up states to have different shipping rates??
I noticed you can't make states zones so what is one to do?
