I am new to this & need some information PLEASE

Hello everyone...i am new to this whole zen cart family....i was recently hired at my new job to bascially clean up what the last IT guy did...well he created a whole online store using zen cart and now my bosses want it edited...im not used to using templates at all(i am a coder)....bascially just dont know how to do anything like remove a picture or anything...is there a ftp i could log into and open the php files and change everything and then just upload the files to the hosted server... site is http://www.olcab.com/ ..i had nothing to do with the site at all..its my second day at the job and i was asked to edit this whole site...there are orders that have been done and nobody knows where they are..HELP ME PLEASE!!(Lol):yuck:

You should make sure you can login to the Admin section. That is the only way you will be able to process Orders.

As to editting files, you might want to buy the book for easy Reference. You will find most of the Theme files here:
includes/templates/template_default
-or-
includes/templates/theme_name

For the most part, you will have to do a lot of research plus trial & error. Make sure to backup "everything" then browse/search this Forum for specifics.
