Zen Template/Zen Web

Sorry for having to go about it this way but I'm keep trying to contact someone at Zen Webs/Zen Templates. I've tried contacting them several times ( regarding a template I purchased but have not received) through their website with no response, so I thought I'd ask here to see if someone knows how to contact them through another path.

Click on Merlin's name on the left above, and you will see among the options "Send a private message..."
