First 50 orders Free Shipping?

In the free shipping options, is there a way to set it up for the first 50 orders?
Or would this be somewhere else?

After the the 50th order, then shipping charges will apply to all orders.

You'd have to customize the code to handle this requirement.

Thank you. I'll just set all to free shipping and then turn the shipping flat fee back on after 50 orders.
