Orders missing

Today I received an order that the person spelled there name wrong so I went into admin/customers and changed her name to the correct spelling. When I went back to the order screen, her order was gone. I tried to go back to admin/customers and put the spelling back thinking it would correct the problem...but it didnt. I also have another order missing that I am not sure where it went. Can anyone help? Thanks!

P.S. When I search for it under order ID, it does come up and the entire order is there but just not in the main order screen....yukk

And the credit card info is missing in the order page that comes up when I search it.

Could you check the Modules ... Order Totals ...

Do you have the Total ot_total installed?

Thanks for your help. Problem solved. Seems that I was having internet problems and editing orders when my connection died as I was updating an order. Somehow it got stuck in "limbo" and when my internet connection was fixed, I just reupdated the order and it reappeared!
