Page not found

#1: I rename the "Product type" to my own product type. Then when I add a new Product, only one product type allow me to add products. All other 4 Product types give me a new window saying "Page not found". How can I fix it?

#2: When I click on "About us" at the top navigation bar or sidebars, it also give me a "Page not found". How can I fix this as well? I think it is a broken link, but I am not sure where to check.

Did you just rename the product type file? Which one?

You actually have to create a new product type and all the associated files and references that go along with it...

Just renaming one without changing all the references to the old name to the new name will just not work

About us is not part of the default install...did you add the about us mod from the downloads area here on this site? Or are you using a template that has an about us link?

THANKS! :D The product type work now! You are right, I just change the name instead of fixing all of the links :P.

I download the "Apple Zen" as my basic template. I can see the "about us" on my nagivation bar, but when I click on it, it is "page not found". So does it mean it doesn't come with the "about us mod" (what is "mod" :blush:)?
