Shipping as a % of the order sub-total

Is there a shipping module available that would add a shipping charge to an order as a % of the order sub-total?

Try table rate shipping with method price.

take a look in the downloads section, there is a shipping by percent module

I found the shipping module

I installed this module but when I run it I get a fatal error

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/leaderse/public_html/includes/modules/shipping/percent.php on line 58

Any ideas?

Yeah, the % shipping function just does not work. I was able to calculate my shipping percentage needed (7%) and put into a table quite quickly. Just need to use Excel! That was the best work around I could come up with.

webgaffer- which version of zencart are you using? I just installed the percent module (zencart version 1.3.7) that is in the old downloads section and it seems to be working.

webgaffer- which version of zencart are you using? I just installed the percent module (zencart version 1.3.7) that is in the old downloads section and it seems to be working.

I am using version 1.3.7

I installed MZMT shipping module and this handles percent of total OK

I will have a look again the percent module if I can find it

I try "table rate - add percentage", it works. Just need a little modification on table.php, easy copy and paste.

Percent module is in the old contributions section, under shipping. I don't see it under the new contributions. I'll let you know if my customer ends up with any problems from this mod with 1.3.7. Cart isn't being used yet.
