how I can take off this?

The salutation field is a required field from Zen-Cart. In order to remove this field, you'd need to edit three files so that, one to remove this field entirely (visually), another to remove the required field restriction from the JS window. Finally, the last one from your create account page's module file so that the validation does not have to be included on this one.

The Salutation can be TURNED OFF from the Admin> Configuration> Customer Details section.
No files have to be touched.

It is the First section - Customer Details > Email Salutation
The second remark was not aimed at you, but at the other poster that suggested changing the code.
