UK Shipping NOT working ??

For the past month I've been getting orders from the UK that process without shipping. This was working until about a month ago. I have the Shipping Module configured with the "GB" for the UK , however, this is what I am getting with orders, instead of it plugging into the appropriate shipping:

"International Shipping (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time): $0.00"

This order was processed with PayPal payment if that makes any difference.

Howdy Kevin,

I suspect the PayPal IPN module. I think I would first ask, do you have the upgrade for PayPal IPN? If so, I would uninstall and restart it. Then do some testing within the sandbox.

I may be wrong but I think the PayPal module and Shipping module are independent of each other..

No, you are right. They are seperate.
But, if the right params aren't sent back by PayPal, I'm wondering if that would mess things up. Does this occur if you do a test with a cash/money order purchase? Or, is it just a problem when you do a PayPal purchase?
