Does this violate terms of use?

Hello,

I am in the process of setting up a custom greeting card ecommerce shop. Basically, we will be selling greeting cards, custom making them and then shipping to customers across Canada and the United States.

The nature of the greeting cards will be that of more of a mature nature. While not X-Rated or pornographic, the intent is text-only www.cockycards.com with cocky sayings.

There will be three levels of cards. kinda cocky, pretty cocky, super cocky (18+). In the Super Cocky section, there will likely be foul language but nothing racist or hateful. Just all in good fun greeting cards for Bachelor Parties, ex bosses, or other events but targeting for more mature themed audiences who are tired from the traditional boring yet sometimes witty greeting cards.

The site has already been approved by Paypal and I am looking at using Zen Cart as the ecommerce component. Does the content we plan to include violate the terms of use for Zen Cart?

We design ecommerce software ... we do not tell you what kind of store you can run nor govern the content beyond keep it legal ...

Good luck with your shop and remember us when you are rich and famous ...
