PayPal Patches
I did sort of tag this question on to the end of another thread earlier, but I just realized that it was probably the wrong place to put it (my apologies). I am working at a frantic pace tonight trying to get my storefront "live" in time for the Monday morning rush. I've read about many problems with PayPal and Zen version 1.3.7 (which I have) and am totally confused.
I don't have any modules installed yet, but am going to use regular PayPal (NOT PayPal Express). I understand that the patch may apply to regular PayPal as well as the Express version, and that said patch can be found in this thread:

However, WHICH patch? There are many patches listed in that thread, and some seem to be specifically for PayPal Express and some maybe/maybe not. It's very confusing! So... which patch do I get for regular PayPal, Zen 1.3.7, and I have no payment module installed yet?
