I'm thinking of using EasyCGI or Godaddy.

And also which version of PHP/MySQL is best for Zen Cart? I'm kinda confused after reading the last sentence of this http://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=6

also if you do a google for godaddy there are issues with some mods like linkpoint and canada post
