New orders - When do they go away from the main screen?

I got a few orders so far, and the products have shipped. How do I take the new orders that aren't new any more off of the main admin screen? I don't delete them, do I?

The 5 most recent orders will display in your Admin dashboard, regardless of their status.

You can filter on outstanding orders by clicking in the bottom left of the admin home on the desired order-status indicator.

I would code in a "Fill order" button so that all orders that are filled, are moved to the filled orders section... but that's just me, and I don't code, so I guess I'll live with it.
