Australia Post Module problem - "unknown column p.products_height"

dail:

Does anyone know how to fix this issue. I think it was created by the Aus Post Module?
1054 Unknown column 'p.products_height' in 'field list'
in:
[select pd.products_name, pd.products_description, pd.products_url, p.products_id, p.products_quantity, p.products_model, p.products_image, p.products_price, p.products_virtual, p.products_weight, p.products_date_added, p.products_last_modified, date_format(p.products_date_available, '%Y-%m-%d') as products_date_available, p.products_status, p.products_tax_class_id, p.manufacturers_id, p.products_height,p.products_length, p.products_width, p.products_quantity_order_min, p.products_quantity_order_units, p.products_priced_by_attribute, p.product_is_free, p.product_is_call, p.products_quantity_mixed, p.product_is_always_free_shipping, p.products_qty_box_status, p.products_quantity_order_max, p.products_sort_order, p.products_discount_type, p.products_discount_type_from, p.products_price_sorter, p.master_categories_id from zen_products p, zen_products_description pd where p.products_id = '2' and p.products_id = pd.products_id and pd.language_id = '1']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Log on to /admin/ select modules/shipping, locate this module (austpost NOT auspost), click 'install' .

Hi everyone, my first post so be gentle. Ok I've been following this thread as I've just installed the new Austpost Improved module. This has turned my world upside down. I currently have a feature film on DVD that was selling really well until yesterday when everything just stopped after the install.

When I install the module, i press install and it immediately gives me this:

1142 ALTER command denied to user 'theactorscafe'@'localhost' for table 'products'
in:
[ALTER TABLE products ADD products_length FLOAT(6,2) NULL AFTER products_weight, ADD products_height FLOAT(6,2) NULL AFTER products_length, ADD products_width FLOAT(6,2) NULL AFTER products_height]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

But when I press the back button it seems installed. Unfortunately nothing works. I get the same message over and over no matter what I've done.

I have read this whole post and hope that I suddenly don't get hit with abuse for missing something. I was a little confused about opening the zip file and then putting the /ADMIN file directly into my cart root directory, then I opened the Catalog directory in the zip file and uploaded /includes into the root /includes directory? I'm hoping that this part at least is right.

I hope someone can help as this is driving me bonkas. :shocking:

Re: Australia Post Module problem - "unknown column p.products_height"

One more thing. I have many orders in my cart that have not been sent yet. When I added this module, STUPID me didn't backup the admin directory. My customer base etc are still in tact but I needed to know where to go to backup my customer orders, customer contact info db so that if I have to reinstall this whole thing I can do so and not lose the account details of people who have paid.

I hope someone can assist....

The error given looks like your databases does not have full privilages set, you should be able to modify your database setting via your cPanel account. If your unsure ask your hosting provider for help.

Re: Australia Post Module problem - "unknown column p.products_height"

WOW.!!!! Ok the problem was in fact nothing to do with Rod's module but my SQL Database privilages which I sorted out with the ISP.

I am now playing with the module and would like to congratulate Rod for an excellent module. Works perfectly, is user friendly and looks sharp. Thank you Rod. Great job!!!!!
