Sign Up Fom - how do I remove salutation and DOB ?

Hi
how can i remove or add a specific field in the sign up form. i wants to remove Mr. Ms. radio button and date of birth.

can anyone suggests??

goto configuration, goto customer details, set DOB to false, etc..

But i m not able to remove Mr./Mrs. Radio Button..

How can i remove this??

you can turn the salutaion off in admin-> configuration -> customer details
