admin page/password prompt loop

i'm trying to change a few things, but seem to be getting caught in a loop. i can log in and admin page appears, but when i go to click on any link i get redirected to the log in page. entering the log/pass gets me back to the admin page, but again clicking on any links takes me to the log-in page. anyone have any ideas on what could cause this? the store itself seems to be fine for customers

Did you masnage to fix this, i have been having the same problem for the last 5 days :(

yea, it was a sercurity cert problem (ours had expired)...once we turned off https it worked again

Not sure m8, i installed it with fantastico,

it was working fine until i changed the admin timeout ?

The session time limit should be modified. If you undo the changes by setting the value to it's previous setting, will the problem still persists ?

If i could log into the admin panel, i would change it :)

Unless i can do it through FTP ??
