How do i make the documents sidebox show up?

How do i make the documents sidebox show up? please give detailed instructions. I want to be able to display the shipping info, about us, and some instructional documents. thanks in advance

Admin panel, then TOOLS look in that area m8, cant log into my admin at the moment, so can show you exactly were ?

documents sidebox ???Hmmmm

How about admin > tools > layoutboxes controller > and turn on sideboxes/document_categories.php

Have you also created a product for the 'document' category?

You might have this set to not show empty categories

BTW this is not a generic sidebox but one for documents as products
