my website is showing errors-Please help!!!
Hi all,
I am finding certain errors in my zencart shopping website -www.mypetgiftstore.com
1) Once the customer check out after making payment, it is showing an error on the Thankyou page-

2) Finding errors in Updating Address Book Entry
Warning: main(includes/modules/address_book_details.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mypet/public_html/includes/templates/dogzen/templates/tpl_address_book_process_default.php on line 61

3) Error in Review Button . When i click on the "reviews " of any product in the categoreis, it showing the following error-
