how to add msn messenger into live help 1.1?

I'm installing live help 1.1 sidebox and make it works.
now I'm going to add msn messenger into the live help.
I had edited the livehelp.sql and inserted theses value:

now at the live help configuration page, there are these items we can config:

Enable MSN?Enable[IMG]http://jeansage.com/admin/images/icon_info.gif[/IMG] MSN Usernameabc AT hotmail DOT com[IMG]http://jeansage.com/admin/images/icon_info.gif[/IMG] MSN Style

I have **http://www.funnyweb.dk/osi/index.php** to get the MSN messenger status and get these code for my MSN ID:

now I'm going to add these code into tpl_live_help.php file, but I'm losing here.

I want to make these code like below but it doesn't work:
