API SIGNATURE settings in the PayPal Express Checkout module????

I've installed the paypal express checkout module after having tons of problems using the IPN method.

I removed the IPN settings and then re-installed them.

I've followed the directions to a tee....

"Use the values from #7 and #8 to configure the API SIGNATURE settings in the PayPal Express Checkout module in your Zen Cart™ admin area.:

HOWEVER, I feel a little stumped. I can't find any area in the admin portion which relates to the PayPal Express Checkout module.

Am I blind, stupid or both?

Express Checkout didn't exist prior to v1.3.7.
Perhaps it's time for an upgrade?
