Try to install from scratch a second time

OK I had some problems with the first complete installation and completely removed it.

I unzipped and used FTP to upload the new 1.3.7 version to my server.

But, I can not find a file listed in the /docs/1.readme_installation.html document. The instructions say:

Next, on the server locate the file: **/catalog/admin/includes/dist-configure.php
Rename this file to configure.php and change the permissions to 777 (read-write-execute for all)

There is no such file as "/catalog/admin/**includes/dist-configure.php" in the unzipped files.

What is the correct file name? And, are there other gotcha's in the installation instructions like this? :dontgetit

Did you put the installation in a folder called catalog in your web root?
is there an admin folder with an includes folder within it?
