Customers disappear but reappear with RESET button
My client logged on (signed in) as a customer 2 months ago. Three days ago we opened the site up for testing. One of the folks signed on, made a purchase, and we refunded their money to test the complete cycle.
The next day I went back into the Admin section to ensure all was still OK. To my concern the customer who did the test was missing, and my client (the store owner) was missing as well.
I sent a note to the customer trying to ascertain if there was any way they may have deleted themselves from the database... and I had them re-sign in and make another purchase. They are still in the database today.
While I was in the admin area, I noticed the RESET button. When I click it, my client shows back up again, but not the customer. And then, if I log out of the admin area and back in, my client has once again disappeared. And, if I click the RESET button again, he will appear again.
What have I done wrong?
System configuration: Windows IIS 6.0, PHP 5.2.1, ZEN-CART 1.3.7 with updates installed for PayPal (May 10th update).
