URGENT! please help. new server. cannot proceed to checkout payment page

Hi all. I'd really use some help now.. Well first of all we have tens of thousands ads coming out worldwide to our site tomorrow and everything should have been running smoothly on a new server for it.

Anyway I have really really modded out zen 1.2.7 so I cannot even switch to any other template anymore to see what happens.
I moved all the store files to a new server BUT they couldn't unfortunately provide me a SSL in time. So now the shop has to be without SSL for couple days..
The problem is I cannot proceed with checkout to payment from shipping page.. anyway if someone knows or have had similar problems with new server and checkout let me know. Anything can help.. many thanks

ajeh thanks for your help.. you're a lifesaver as always.. sorry the whole site has to be under maintenance since there's too much traffic and we can't take any orders in.. if you could help pm me your ip...
