Create FAQ Page using EZ Pages or Define Page?

I have searched the forum but wasn't able to find something close so I'm opening a new thread. If anyone knows where I can find info. on the following issues, pls. kindly provide a link.

So here goes, I am thinking of creating a simple FAQ page similar to the Gift Certificates FAQ in the Information sidebox. A list of questions are shown where users can clicked on and the relevant answer displayed somewhere below.

I wish to display this FAQ link within the Information sidebox.

My question is, which is the most efficient method of achieving the above-mentioned? EZ pages or the Define page?

Either is possible - easy pages can be extended with a table of contents where a defines page would require some coding to get this feature
