Product list

Hi All,
I have done a few searches and can't find a nswer to this one.
Is it possible to have more than 10 products at a time listed. If i click on a category, it shows 10 products....to see more, you have to click on the (next) button.

If you look at the Configuration ... Maximum Values ... there are numerous settings for the displays to look through for both the Catalog and the Admin ...

That worked fine. I have ordered the book, just waiting for it to arrive.
