Not shipping to your area error

This happens only occasionally. Matter of fact, I have had only one person complain about this error. I am using my own template based on Zen Cart's basic template with no change in php code at all. It's not fancy, but it works. I am situated in California and the buyer is in West Australia. I have had numerous customers from Australia purchase the ebooks, so I am not sure why it would be finicky with West Australia. I am leery of changing code unless I have to.

Is there a possibility that I just need to change something in the admin configuration in the back end?

BTW, I am running 1.3.7 and have been since February with no other complications.

If you are doing downloads ... make sure that the product is marked:

Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required

Downloads are NOT Virtual Products

Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

On downloads the checkout_shipping should be skipped ...

Thanks, Ajeh. I usually do that, although being human, I am prone to error. LOL And I discovered that I didn't do it for one product that is not yet available for purchase (it states the date it's available). Perhaps this customer attempted to put that particular product in her cart and that is where the error came from. (crossing fingers)

Apparently, I am more human than I thought, which may be a good thing. I have been doing it wrong, but now it will all be fixed.
