International shipping problem

Domestic shipping seems to be working fine but when someone internationally is trying to purchase something it says

"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing
address and the shipping methods we typically use."

I have been through a lot of the threads and everyone is asking the same things and then nothing goes from there. I have everything set up correctly in the admin / configuration / shipping..

Can someone please help?

You did of course load the latest update for USPS for their May 14th changes of server and prices right? :unsure:

Be sure to

1 copy the files to your server

2 copy down your current settings to NotePad

3 did you copy those settings to NotePad?

4 uninstall/remove the USPS shipping module

5 install the USPS shipping module

6 re-configure the settings based on what you copied to NotePad ... you did remember to do that first right?

7 Configure for Production Server

8 If a new account, be sure that you call or email USPS and have them activate your account for the Production server once you received your ID

NOTE: warnings about a missing password can be ignored ... this too has changed but the safeties about this are still in your code until our next release ... :smile:
